Great movie, don't miss this one! Bogart, Raft and Ann Sheridan Watch the special features!
I actually bought this DVD for my sister. I already have this movie. We watched my DVD on a movie night and she liked it so much she had me order one for her. I got a great deal and the movie came very quickly. It was just as listed like new and it was. If you haven't seen it yet buy it and watch. Its a great movie and actually two movies in one. the first part with truckers on the road and the second part when Ida Lupino makes her debut. Great actress and this really started her career in a BIG WAY! Don't Miss it! Chasly

Truckers of today and truckers of yesterday are hard workers and good at achieving the America dream
Working hard gets you the prize at a cost - but what will you do? Two brothers drive a truck for a living, as one has a girlfriend and the other has a wife. They start out poor, but they succeed by going through a lot of tough, uncertain times to get to the American dream. Set in California. Also, a hot young thang married a rich guy, but she then only thinks of the cash, adultery, and of course... herself. Automatic garage doors have been around for 80 years or so; this movie stands the test of time. Good storyline.

its a hook
First 30 minutes is first rate slam bang action in the truck driving tale.....Rest of movie so boring i could not finish it.
