Good , but not too difficult.
I like this DVD because it is an exercise demonstration (not for entertainment) that you can follow at home and I don’t have to go to a gym. Leslie Sansone and her class demonstrate the moves. It is good for my level of ability. I am 79 and have done this one (there are so many different ones) for years plus a few others. It has helped me to stay pretty mobile over the years. Also I use 3lb weights for part of it. I also like the camaraderie between the people in the group.

Walk away the pounds DVD workout.
This is the best workout tape from Leslie Sansone. I had a lot of injuries that didn't permit me to work out. Once healed I was always able to ease in with this kind of low impact workout. You walk in place, side to side, forwards and backwards. Unlike other workout tapes this is truly for beginners, or someone who wants to get moving again. The DVD came fast, and works fantastic. I also love the fact you get two workouts on one disc.

This will begin my future !!
It a restarter for me. I had cancer and now with the Lord's help I am cancer free and ready to rebuild my body. This is exactly the tape I need to get going !!

I have an injury that doesn’t allow strenuous work outs. I actually had these and wore 1 set out. I lost 21 lbs of winter blues weight from these and can do this workout with no problems.

Good product.
Have had her exercise CD's in the past and eventually gave them away. Decided to get another one to have on hand when weather is too cold or rainy to walk outside.

GREAT workout DVD
I really like this DVD. Leslie is so upbeat. I am 65, but this is a great workout for me and younger ones, too.
