A Great DVD of Whit Stillman's Latest Engaging film, Barcelona.
I purchased this DVD for my collection after having seen the contemporary European set feature entitled "Barcelona". This is a contemporary character study of a group of young people set in the milieu of Barcelona Spain's beautiful people and landscape. It portrays a conflict between two young men with divergent approaches to youth and romance in an intriguing coming of age type story. Their romances and differences in moral fiber create a running competition for the Spanish girlfriends that enter their lives. A colorful romantic comedy-drama.
