She meets Mr. Conductor who uses his magic gold dust to take her to the Island of Sodor where Thomas the Tank Engine works on the Magic Railroad. On Sodor, Thomas is antagonized by Diesel 10, a villainous gas-powered engine, and Mr. Conductor’s supply of magic dust is running low. It’s up to Lily to find Lady, the missing golden engine who just might solve all of Sodor’s problems. The tale delights young and old, featuring new characters and old favorites from Britt Allcroft’s classic Thomas the Tank Engine series.

Very good for very young children
The animated characters are a lot better than the real life actors. This would be a better movie with only animation. That being said my son really liked the movie.

Favorite
My son, when he was little loved Thomas trains and movies, this is my favorite. now my grandson is into Thomas and this was a gift to him, I'm sure he will love it too!!!
