In this near-perfect suspense movie adapted from the popular 1960s television series that starred David Janssen, renowned vascular surgeon Dr. Richard Kimble (Harrison Ford) has been falsely accused and convicted--on circumstantial evidence--of his wife's (Sela Ward) murder. Of COURSE it's great.....
Harrison Ford AND Tommy Lee Jones?!???!!? Of COURSE it's great!! The energy, the action, the emotion, the drive.... the actors ARE the characters! The casting was genius!! I grew up with the TV series, and was skeptical of a movie version..... but the cast is so good, working with such synergy.... well, I just get totally involved every time I watch it! This is my third copy....it is truly a classic, not relying on green screens and computer generation to carry the film.
