Great
Any review that I could make about this movie would fall flat. I have not the words to describe a "classic" like this one. I saw this movie in my home town theater when it first came out. I was a kid, pre teen. It has been with me all these years. Unforgettable. Great acting, suspenseful story and nice message about good and evil. I still can't understand how it got tangled up with the blacklisting politics of those days. I couldn't see any of that as a kid. But then, it was a crazy, mixed-up times., If you haven't seen this movie or haven't seen it for a long tome, you should. The mood set by the black and white filming is wonderful. Good stuff for the Cooper fan.
As far as Gary Cooper Westerns go, I don't think this was his best like many say. I my opinion, Coop had better roles deserving of the Oscar. Friendly Persuasion to name one. However, if your a fan of his, this is a must.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Coop and Grace Kelly the Best
It's an enigmatic pairing from the start. Throw in a supporting cast of some of the best actors working in the day, and it's no wonder this is a Western cinematic classic.
