They never lost one B-17 to enemy action.
The last remaining Tuskegee Airman was at the recent State Of The Union address. (100 years old) He looked like he could take a P51 Mustang up today. Fantastic movie. One of the best ever.

A good background.
This video gives a good background into the airmen. Unfortunately, the other movie (Red Tails) is the one that gets all the TV showings.

a very enjoyable action DVD
I have always enjoyed Tuskegee airmen dvd, that’s why I wanted it so badly, because I enjoyed it and now I can watch it over and over as much as I want.
