Simple yet deceptively touching
I have seen the actual "Cirque du Soleil ALEGRIA" show but this DVD is not that. Instead, it is a sweet romance story with the Cirque as its backdrop. The eccentricity of the circus is seen in the characters and music but the simple love story, and the additional touching tale of a street boy feels like a modern version of Oliver Twist. It is enchanting.
