The Original Tae-Bo is Back.
I used to do Tae-Bo when it first came out on VHS. I wore the tape out. I tried some of the later versions, but I didn't enjoy the workout. I was ecstatic to find the original version in a DVD. Best workout, hand down
I remember when this first came out. It helped me get into shape before going to the Marines. And I had fun doing it! His subsequent workouts didnt entertain me as much, but this entire collection was always my favorite. I was excited to see it available on dvd. Original Tae Bo Workout
It is the original tae bo workout as seen on tv. Does include all 4 of the original workouts. Plays perfectly. Only thing I don't like is that there is no title to just choose the workout you want to do. Have to skip they each workout. Love the workouts.
