Sweet, unassuming librarian Gloria Mundy stumbles upon a plot to kill the Pope, who will be visiting soon. When Gloria realizes she's been marked for murder, she goes to detective Tony Carlson for help. Together the twosome set out to unravel the wacky but heinous murder plot. Along the way they encounter a deadly midget, a shadowy albino, a wild and kinky swinger (with an unbelievable bedroom), vanishing cadavers, and much more, culminating in a wild car chase through the steep streets of San Francisco. Exciting movie with lots of laughs.
