ProduktbeschreibungAs members of staff develop their abilities they are able to undertake new and more varied tasks through training, scouting and player rehabilitation. Their increasing skill level will also unlock new stadia, facilities and task slots. Experience points are now an integral feature of the game. All characters, whether a player of staff member, will gain experience points as you progress through time. This will affect how well actions are performed and ultimately your team's success/failure. FACILITIES: Facilities have never been more important in Premier Manager! They are now absolutely integral to your team and staff performance and there is now a huge level of choice for the player. You can match your facilities to your style of play. By specialising in one area, such as a training centre based around tactics or a medical centre which concentrates on conditioning, you will be able to make a massive leap in a given direction. But be careful, the wrong decision could have a negative effect upon your team's performance. SCOUTING: The utilisation of your scout may well be the difference between buying the next world superstar instead of an overpaid bench warmer. New discover and research capabilities allow you to get the in-depth information about a player's abilities, contract and suitability to your club. TRAINING: The revamped character and facilities model means that your training sessions are more intuitive than ever before! You no longer issue general team training sessions, instead sessions are now broken down into goalkeeper, defence, midfield and attack. The new analytical tools allow you to preview the improvements a given training schedule will bring and then monitor the players and staffs performance on the training ground as the season progresses. PHYSIO: Your physio's ability to treat and condition players is now intrinsically linked, not only to his skills and attributes, but also the type of medical centre he has to work in. As he develops his skills he will be able to undertake more specialist work meaning that your players will get back into the action as soon as possible. REWARD SYSTEM: The more you develop your club in terms of personnel, performance and infrastructure the more scope you gain for further progression. Incremental increases in skill levels will unlock task slots, stadia and facilities.
