A great Overview of Pin-Up History
This is an exceptional overview of the history of Pin-Up art and artists, including many illustrators for pulp magazine covers. My only complaint is that it is published in multiple languages, so all the text is repeated several times. Because this takes up a lot of space, the text is extremely small, and an eye strain. To accommodate all that text, in some cases the illustrations have been made very small. But there are also many beautiful full page illustrations. I only wish they had done an edition for each language, using a more readable font size, and scaled up all the illustrations.

Fun to read and look at.
Interesting history of an all American art form with great pictures and biographies of the artists. Fun to just skim through. Main problem is that no information is given for most of the pictures - when they were painted, when published and by who..

Come here for pin- ups
Fantastic book that goes over the history of pin- ups and has TONS of images. Can be kept as a coffee table book or used for projects. A wonderful value for what you get! Do not pass this book up!
