As advertised
This assembly is exactly what I was looking for, and satisfied my need. My problem was that my Samsung refrigerator ice dispenser wasn't working, which seems very common as I've read. Ice was being made, but the dispenser wasn't getting it into my glass. Apparently, the small tab/fob/trigger on the ice dispenser is fragile and therefore problematic. Too much force (easily applied by most anyone) will break the small plastic trigger, result: the shorter "ice" paddle fails and then triggers the larger "water" paddle behind it. When you want ice, you only get water. This assembly is your solution. Practical installation - Removing the old assembly takes force, enough that may be concerning. I tried a few times before gaining the understanding/frustration to get it out. Once the old assembly is loose, then unclipping the control wires from the old assembly and connecting them to the new assembly is logical/intuitive. A bit of care and force will complete getting the new assembly into place. Recommendation: remove any plastic shrink-wrap from the new assembly before installing it. $180 seemed a normal (Amazon) price for this assembly, so when I found this for $150 on eBay, I bought it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Product works great.

Perfect factory part
The part was exactly as I expected. Well packaged and protected so that it arrived totally undamaged even though the exterior box was pretty beat up. Definitely a great deal since every other place I found wanted at least $50 more for the part and would have taken at least a week to get it to me. I had it within 3-5 days and was able to get a three year replacement warranty as well. I used this to replace the previous control panel and it works like a dream. Small dent on front corner
It arrived quickly but had a small but noticeable dent in the top right corner. Not enough to argue about a replacement IMO, but wonder if this is why these units are priced the way they are. Other than that, a quick changeout of the part and it works like new.
