Homemade Udon & Ramen Pasta
With the Philips Pasta Maker you can make all sorts of pasta: spaghetti, penne, lasagna etc. But in the United States, this Japanese Noodle kit is not available. It includes two discs: one to make udon and the other to make ramen noodles. With eBay, you can order this accessory from vendors abroad. It works perfectly with the Philips Pasta Maker sold in the U.S. Like the other discs available, it is very easy to clean. My only recommendation is that Philips make this easy-to-use product available in the U.S.
