Great thing
You need this, it spurs you on, tells you hell yes your in ketosis so keep there, eat the right stuff. Next day , check again ,still in ketosis yeh. its a great visual aid and supportive aid, once you reach 0.5 you keep checking every day and strive for 1.5 -3.0 for optimal weight loss but at 0.5 you will still lose weight. As you can tell i love mine and have found it a great aid mckay2014

Ketone satisfaction
Being as l am following a ketone way of eating, ketosis levels are quite important to me and this little device gives me that level accurately. However, the cost of testing is quite high and l will now only use to keep me safe during extended fasts. Much more accurate than urine strips.

Waste of money
I tested myself the first day i received the item after purchasing the 25 test strips and lancets. O got E-5 error 5 times in a row so wasted 5 test strips trying to get a result which is crazy considering they are £24.99 for 25 strips. Better monitors out there wouldn't waste your money

Great value !
Probably the best value Ketone strips anywhere on the inerwebz, all with nice long expiry dates. Cheaper to buy this pack of 50 and throw away the " free " machine rather than buy strips on their own from other listings :)
