Have you ever wished you had a Pikachu to call your own? Wonder no more with Hey You, Pikachu! from Nintendo. Players will not only be able to watch Pikachu as he romps around a 3D forest, but also communicate with the yellow monster. Thanks to the bundled Voice Recognition System, which lets you "speak" to Pikachu through a microphone attached to a controller port, you'll be able to tell the creature where to go, what to play with, and even help it solve puzzles. Watch out, though, certain words might make Pikachu upset and unwilling to respond to your commands!

Great for it's time
This is a game that I have played since I was very young. I picked it up again for nostalgia purposes. The gameplay is fun and, at it's time, very different from the rest of the games around. It can be annoying sometimes, especially if you don't speak clearly, loud enough, or something like that. It might not hold up against newer games today but if you look at it in it's own time it was an interesting title that tried out a new kind of hardware/addon.

Pretty cool game.
This game is pretty unique, this was NINTENDO's first Attempt at Voice Recognition using Hey You, Pikachu! The game is very fun but you have to speak up into the microphone in order for Pikachu to understand what you are trying to say. Over all it's a fun game for kids ages 12 and under like it states on the box. If you have a child on the Autism Spectrum and you have a Nintendo 64, this would be a great game to help them with Developing they're Language Skills if they are a bit Advanced with speech of course, and it would help increase the way they speak and give them a boost of Confidence.

My daughter was estatic
My daughter had been wanting to play the game for weeks and once the order got in and she played it herself for the first time she squeeled loudly. It is always better to be able to pay the game yourself instead of just watching others do so on youtube.

Simple is best
The game has a simple story, gameplay and graphics. But is really fun to play talking in the VRU, is a really creative game.

Nostalgia
It works great, glad everything was in excellent condition. Nothing makes me happier than being able to relive a part of my childhood and it still stands up to the nostalgic memories for this game.

I didn't know
I honestly didnt know I needed other things for my daughter to be able to play this game. But you need a Mic and a adapter.

Not happy
The picture misled me by showing the microphone. This did not come complete but only the game cartridge. The game is useless without the mic :(
