Simple and Effective Treatment for Sciatica
The table is easy to assemble. The instructions are very clearly written. In use, the table can be adjusted to fit your body quite easily. The adjustment wheel location requires that your right arm be removed from the pad that fits under your right arm. The assistance of a helper is strongly recommended.
