Worth every penny
This mat is so amazing, powerful and gives you such a great feeling of well-being. I use it first thing in the morning and the unwind mode before going to bed. Very relaxing
Probably not for the purists but this is a great piece of kit that can give you a lazy but relaxing stretch for your spine, neck and shoulders. I personally enjoy using it with some chill music in background. Feels like several sets of hands are manipulating you. Wonderful relaxing massage
This item was recommended to me by my sister for soothing aches and pains. I'm very pleased I purchased my own as it's worked wonders for my lower back discomfort. I use it EVERYDAY
