Poppy9780 best of the best in correspondence and response.
After underlying information from Poppy 9780, I realize this was a mistake, not by him, but by logitech information he was provided. I cannot find fault with his distribution procedures in any way. As it turned out the product was what a relative was in need of and I provided it to him. Even though Poppy9780 offered to reimburse me, I do NOT desire that be done as I provided the item to a family member. We all learn by mistakes, even when not our own and I truly believe he was doing what he believed was correct and follow-up correspondence could NOT have been any clearer, or better. Good combo of functionality and comfort
