The best
Easy to mount, tough and sturdy high quality build. Straps are very high quality and tight. I love the ingenious design. It can easily mount on a sedan as well as an suv. When mounted, but not in use, you can fold in the carrier arms so that they're not sticking far out.

Built to last and very high quality!
I used to sell these at a bike sore, it was my first choice to off a customer. Many options in price and functionality. I bought mine on Ebay for a steal - Very happy with Bone 3 trunk rack

Very solid and well-made
I have only used it twice but the product is very well-made and it looks like it would last a long time. It seems very stable on the car and very safe. On the other hand, the instructions on mounting are really just pictures that are not very informative, requiring the user to pretty much figure it out himself. It would have been much easier with a little bit of explanation. For example, you have to slide the arms to the middle first to be able to rotate them to the right position. It's also easy to unscrew the screws farther than needed and have the nuts fall out of the bracket. The straps holding the bike to the bracket are very stiff plastic that are not easy to use until you get the knack of doing it. It seems easier to push them through rather than pull them through to either tighten them or loosen them. None of this is complicated but it would have been easier with better instructions.

Saris Bones 3
I bought this item to replace the one that was broken in an automobile accident. That unit sustained damage to the lower legs but it's clearly protected my car and I couldn't wait to get a replacement rack. This is a great value vs the cost. Love the way I can move it from car to car.

Easily the best trunk-mount bike rack in the market
High quality, solid, heavy duty, stable, reliable and good looking. All the good virtues you can ask is in this Bones 3 rack. Excellent design too.

Dependable and Easy to Use
