Not for the Jack Russells' or similar temperament. - the collar brand. S.M
Not for a Jack Russell or similar temperament. It arrived promply after purchase. The drrawings, supposed to help you were clearly done by a non dog owner! Not very clear. i tried it for size on my dog and quickly saw he rated it as "chewable" not its purpose.. I have measured it against the spare collar iIhave in front of me, i will now sew it inside this collar and let you know the results. A new design imperative is they wish to sell openely.

calming collar had no effect
Our dog wore the collar for about 2 weeks. unfortunately we didn't notice any change in her at all. might be because her fur is quite fluffy? we decided to take it off because a, we didn't see any difference and it interfered with her normal collar. product was well made, i.e. thick rubber,.

Brilliant product!
I run a Rescue, HOTS Dobermann Dog Rescue, whereby all dogs that come into my care are fostered and never kennelled. Dogs come to me from all walks of life, from the UK and Europe, in various conditions...The Adaptil Appeasing Stress Reducing Pheromone Collar is an essential part of my kit. I have used it on many dogs and have experienced the positive, calming results. Although I do rescue varieties of breeds, I specialise in Dobermann which are renowned for separation issues and are easily stressed...these collars have made many dogs change in circumstances a much more pleasant journey...I always have and keep a couple in my cupboard...I never know when or who my next visitor may arrive...but I am always prepared to help them! For severe cases, or at certain times of the year, I also keep a packet of the Adaptil tablets in my stock too...I strongly recommend as everything has a long lifeline providing they remain unopened....I always recommend to the new owners too, as this is another time of stress for our four legged friends...

CALMING EFFECT
Very pleased with this product and seems to have calmed my anxious dog prior to Bonfire night. My only niggle is that the small collar was too small for my dog but the large is too big. Obviously you can cut it to fit around the neck, but it is very wide. It’s a shame that there aren’t small, medium and large sizes.

Very pleased with the results and my dog gaining confidence with noise.
It has helped my rescue Labrador to be less anxious and calmer at night no more barking at every sound, she has just started on the second collar and is more confident going out in the garden during the daytime, she has been very sensitive to noise and living in the country hearing shooting and gas guns which stopped her going out in daylight but this is now improving.

Satisfaction.
I've used this product for quite a few years. I believe it really works. But this year my dog has needed nerve calming drops as well

Useful for making a neurotic dog braver.
You don't think it does anything until one runs out - my dog has worn one since 9 months old, and he's now nine years. Definitely has a mildly calming influence, although the downside is that male dogs continually try to mount him - must be the lactating bitch comforting impregnation.

Good product
I purchased this for my daughters dog who always seems to be anxious and stressed and although this has not taken all of this away it has certainly helped the dog to be calmer. I would recommend this as it is a help.

IT WORKS!!!
What a great product. I was so concerned for my dog as we had moved into new property after 9yrs and he was really unsettled. After 24 hours of wearing the collar, I noticed great changes in him. He was relaxed and his usual fun loving nature returned. I'm would highly recommend this product.

Good product
3 years be have put on dog thoughts did not work so left off got quite stressed so bought another not always obvious what it is doing will keep on from now on
