This ointment is amazing!
I was prescribed vita-pos by my GP for extreme dry eyes. I can't do without it and although eyesight is blurred for a few mins, my eyes feel normal again. I use it just before I get into bed and use it generously. One thing I did notice, is that it stains certain types of coloured bedding which is a small price to pay for dry eye relief. I highly recommend this product.

perfect product
preferred this product to liquid or gel products. I found that the gel dried gloopy and the liquid dried and flaked off like dandruff causing more irritation , thisis the perfect solution in 'my eyes'☺️

Long lasting relief.
A gel mostly for night time use,due to its blurring effect.For dry eye sufferers, this prevents painful crusting over of the eyes during the night and has a moisturising effect that seems to last into the following morning.I am a repeat buyer of this product as it can be used indefinetly,being preservative free.I have tried other night time gels, but this is the best by far in my opinion.

Dry eye drops - Recommended
Be smart. Don't use cheap eye drops. Look for the sodium constituent, 0.2% I believe. My dry eye is quite severe. This helps much more than the standard tear film claim. It costs more HOWEVER it lasts for up to 90 days where the cheap versions are only active to a maximum 28 days.

Ideal for dry eye.
For all you dry eye sufferers this ointment is a must for the bedside drawer. My wife was once such sufferer until an application every night has assured her of a good nights sleep knowing that, when she wakes, her eyes will move freely and without the feeling of broken glass. Others who have this problem will know what I’m describing. Buy Vita-pos and suffer no more. Highly recommended!

Good night-time alternative to drops for dry eyes
I like this product for use overnight instead of drops. It helps with the cloudiness associated with dry eyes. The downside is that it tends to be a bit greasy and ends up on the eyelashes which can easily be washed away. I tend to squeeze a little onto a clean finger to spread in the inside of the eyelid instead of trying to drop it into the eye.

VitA Pos eye ointment
This product now re-branded as Hylo-night. I have been using it regularly at night on the recommendation of optician. Quite a thick, greasy consistency, but I was advised that it would be far more effective to use (at night), rather than a more fluid product.

Such relief!
So soothing enabling some proper sleep. I had severe dry eyes and since using this my sleep and whole quality of life has improved!

IT ACTUALLY DOES WORK !!!!
Omg tried everything...until I saw review, I'm so impressed my tired bloodshot eyes are much brighter and it was from say around 30 mins putting into my eyes .all I can say is I'm very impressed and I'll be back for more !!!

If you have dry eyes this really works !
I have dry eyes and for years have suffered red, bloodshot gritty running, eyes. I have tried so many different drops that have helped but using VitAPos has completely sorted my problem and I m delighted ! I now have white eyes and can wear my lenses !
