Silvanian Families Regency Hotel With 11 Figures, Furniture & Accessories Condition is used. With original box ( box damaged) and instructions. It comes with everything in the photographs. Some yellowing, it is missing doors and porch rails, please see photos for more details. There are minor signs of use/wear but it is a fabulous house and will bring hours of fun for children or adults alike. The light does work although it will need new batteries. From a smoke and pet free home. I will pack well for a safe delivery.
