Clear sound and reasonably comfortable
Works really well with my Note 9. Clear audio sound and reasonably comfortable. I haven't had it long enough to see how well, or badly, the battery performs but so far it's looking like it'll last quite a few hours.

Great product. I’ve been using this model of earpiece for years. In my opinion it’s the best on the market. Easy to use and clear as a bell. It’s the only one I buy when I need to replace it. ( only because my puppy are my old one)

Excellent Quality
Never liked these Bluetooth ear pieces, till a friend suggested Plantronics. It's the second one I bought, such quality that people don't realise you're on hands free

Top quality headset
Top quality headset, had one for years it was an older design, still works great just the outer casing starting to give. Got this new one and it’s mint! Great quality, definitely is perfect, fits really well round my ear. Sound is clear, couldn’t recommend them enough, thanks

Ear piece
This is my second Planatronics ear piece. After 10 years use of the first one this is very much better. Great product, but it is pricey.

Great but no fitting adjustment
Everything is fine and intuitive except that the size of the ear loop is fixed so if you have larger ears that it is designed for it will be very uncomfortable as there does not appear to be any way of adjusting the fit.

Great headset.
Great headset that announces calls by name through contacts. Can use voice command to answer. Crystal clear. With USB bluetooth adapter and charging case.

The best bluetooth headset you can get in market
I had my eyes on this product for quite sometime. Initial usage showing good 7 hr talk time. Very happy with the product so far.
