I haven't had it for long, but so far I love it. It takes a while to learn all about it, but that's normal for most of today's high tech products. I'm very impressed on how well it mapped out my apartment. It does a much better job than I expected. I even raised my sofa just 1 inch so that the vac had just enough space to fit. As I'm a senior, this kind of modern day product was in science fiction movies of my younger days. Does it's job well but has a couple minor issues. Pausing it makes it start over, and your floor must be free of wires. It sometimes startles my sleepy old dog by bumping into him but is very gentle. Overall great at cleaning, just leave it alone and schedule it for when you will be out of the house.
