Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Surprise ... it's super fun.
This is a unique take on a classic tale. You know what works ... "Zombies + Jane Austen" ... who knew? Mix in martial arts and I really know of no other movie quite like it. Entertaining. Good interpretation of the original story with "newer" (or currently popular) elements. Elizabeth Bennett steals the show!
My favorite character was Elizabeth Bennett, played by Lily James. She is very talented as an actress and she's got the makings of an action heroine, at least to me. The movie is fairly loyal to the novel and even though it could have lasted longer, it didn't feel as if they cut out anything vital or super important to the plot. I had been looking for a good deal for this movie since it's release and I'm glad i finally found it. Totally worth it. Very entertaining and has a good replay value.
