Don’t buy this product
I have decided to keep this bike as the return carriage to Germany will be too much. At first there help was non existent and then under duress they attempted to. Help but they have my money now so that is it. Do your research there are better bikes out there for the price. The handle bars cannot be fully adjusted as there is a long knock adjuster that hits the stem so it cannot be adjusted in order for my wife to use the bicycle. As a result the elbow rests which are useless and get in the way when you want hand position 1 When I first had the bicycle it was squeaking all over the place so had to Re tighten and know the adjuster on the handlebars keeps coming loose. No after sales , they are based in Germany so I would recommend buying British. I have majored on the negatives as they out weigh the positives.
