Marcarto is better than others pasta makers
Marcarto is better than others pasta makers, spaghetti comes out rounder than my kitchenaid. The large variety of attachments is a big plus. If it is noisy, lubricate the ends of the rollers with mineral oil. When it comes to making ravioli out the pasta sheets, we we have found pampered chef cut 'n seal 's work much better than any thing else in quickly forming large raviolis that don't leak.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Works great! Simple pasta machine
I bought this pasta machine specifically for rolling out sheets of polymer clay, not for making pasta, and for that it works very well! I can imagine it would also work great for pasta! Since it's a little older the roller wheels were left in one position for a long time and where they met up with another metal piece on each side they are slightly worn or corroded? It doesn't seem to be an issue other than leaving some minor streaks in the clay or catching on other clay colors as I roll it out. I was able to give it a pretty simple cleaning but in order to deep clean, I feel that I'd need to take the machine entirely apart and remove the fenders on each side to make it easier to clean in the future so I could reach all the angles, but for now it works great! I have no complaints. Very simple to operate and works wonderfully for what I wanted it for. Perfect Pasta!
This machine is very easy to use and clean. Easy to adjust the thickness desired. The fettuccine and linguini were light and tasty. I used the flat pasta sheets to make raviolis. Easy to fill with traditional ricotta or veggie creation. The best feature is that additional attachments can be purchased if you want to venture further. This one is great on its own.

just okay. I use for conditioning polyclay..it will do for now until i get a Wellness..
