Good quaity tin for making bread
This tin is deal for making a "tin loaf" starting with 500g of flour. You might be able to go to around 550g of flour and still make a dough which will fit in the tin, with enough rise to make a nice looking loaf of bread. The way loaf tins are often described I find is misleading for bread makers. The typical 2 lb loaf tin is not right for making a bread loaf, as it is too small. This particular tin, however, will make a bread loaf which weighs slightly less than 2 lb! The tin is made of reasonably thick metal, so is durable. So far, the non-stick coating is good too. As others have noted, the shape of the tin makes knocking out the hot finished loaf onto the cooing rack easy. I would recommend this product for bread making.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Bread tins
Bought these as I was not happy with a previous purchase from another supplier. These bread tins are non stick and distribute the heat evenly so creates a perfect loaf, I have purchased 1 set of 3 (1lb, 2lb and 4lb) and then bought 2 x 4 lbs as for me and my family are more economical than baking smaller loaves.
