Herausragendes und klares Buch zur Yogapraxis
Ein Buch, dessen Inhalt weit über die bloße Fitnesstudiogymnastik hinausgeht. Neben der detaillierten Beschreibung der Asanas gibt es einen sehr ausführlichen Teil zum Thema Pranayama. Hier werden Praktiken erläutert, die mir als langjährigen etwas ambitionierteren Yogaübenden bisher nur schleierhaft und undeutlich bekannt waren, oder auch vollkommen unbekannt. Das Buch ist sehr praxisorientiert. Tatsächlich sind die Techniken aus dem traditionellen Hatha Yoga. Allerdings mit dem klaren Fokus auf das Thema Kundalini. Und das ist meiner Meinung nach auch nicht zu trennen. Es kam hier wohl schon zu einiger Verwirrung, weil erwartet wurde ein Buch über den Pfad des Kundalini-Yoga nach Yogi Bhajan zu erhalten, wie ich vermute. Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert und kann das Buch jedem empfehlen, der den Yogaweg geht.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
