The arms on it keep breaking.
I have been using this product for the past 8-10 years! I truly do love it. And I do believe it works on my arms. However, this is the fifth one that I have had to buy because the plastic brakes in the same spots every time. It will last me a year or two, but then it breaks. I am not using too much weight. I am careful in how I use it, but the plastic continues to break. But I love it so much that I keep buying it again. I wish you could put some reinforcement on the product so that it would not break.

All bands snapped within hour of opening box. Save your money and buy resistance bands
The concept was good. Having never used it before, I went for beginner band. Way to easy so I switched to intermediate. After doing maybe 25 reps, the band snapped. Went to advanced band, resistance was a bit harder (as it should be). Got 5 minutes out of this band before it snapped. Only band left was beginner and you know where I'm going with this... All 3 bands snapped within an hour of opening the box and trying it out. Again, the concept was good. I had to improvise and I knotted one of my resistance bands around it to get the isolated bicep workout I wanted. Bands are cheap or old and dry rotted? Item itself is plastic and I noticed it straining with the resistance band I tied around it. That will no doubt snap as well. I really liked the item of it and it seemed to do the job before the bands snapped. This one needs to go back to the drawing board. Don't waste your money.

Light weight with great feature.
I had this equipment better and it broke. I had it for about 6 months. The equipment is well designed but the material could be stronger. It is good for the price. I don't mind to pay more if the material is better because this equipment is effective. It is to build a good arm muscle.

Great idea but , poorly engineered
Nice idea, but has a major flaw and lacks an important features. The arm cups are undersized which were probably engineered for the Asian market.. Had to use either a sweater or slip on pads to protect a larger triceps. Also, if you add all three bands while progressing in strength, the units band arm will break off at its pivot point as it did with me. You can combine the two 35 & 15 lb bands and the two 35 and 25 lb bands without it breaking.

Good Product
This is my second Wonder Arms. The first snapped on me causing just a minor scratch on my hand. I tworks well and I have seen result as far as firming my arms, but I wish it was just a bit sturdier. All in all it is worth the money and as you see I did buy it again.

Straps are cheap
Good idea, the body od the system is not made very well The bands that are supplied do not last long, If you add the bands together to get more resistance the bands will break, I refuse to send more money on bands I solution for the bands breaking is to get a bungee cord from the hardware store, and use that in it place Works great

Cheap copies of the original Wonder Arms
I must have gotten some of the original Wonder Arms. These that I just received are cheaply made and will probably not last very long. The first two I had lasted a couple of years. The one I am currently using that I just received have parts that are loose and one part keeps popping off.

Easy to use. The 3 separate bands help a lot, depending on your endurance level & intensity. I would recommend them. Much more enjoyable than hand weights, & easy to fold, carry, & not a lot of weight to pack around. Easy to use & pack for away from home❤️

4 Reps of 25 daily.. Done!
Quick 5 minutes everyday at work! I do four reps of 25 pausing for 30 seconds. I started with the least resistant band and have progressed to the highest band. I love it! It works the muscles perfectly!

Yes, it works.
I am always skeptical but darn it this thing works! There are a number of things you can do with it to work different muscle groups. I have found an improvement in a short period of time!
