Wayne's first!
I read several other Wayne Dyer books before I got to this one, it's a great insight on behavioral patterns and allows you to look at your personal responses and those of others in a different manner. Great self help motivator.

Advice to live by
I read this book a long time ago when it first came out. I’ve noticed that I still live by a lot of what I learned from it. Shoulds and coulds. Live in the moment. I wanted a refresher. It doesn’t get old.

life saver
