One of the Best work out books !!
This is one of the Best books I've ever had on building the body. I'm kind of a novice but I had gotten into real good shape when I was in my mid 30's by using this book and a weight machine along with free weights. I was a returning college student and this helped so much, along with prayer to deal with all of the stress, especially being twice as old as most students. One time I got an an elevator there and a man in a wheel chair got in at the same time and he looked at my arms, I had short sleeves on bec. it was summer, and he said, "ma'am, you got some arms!!!" My arms were really shaping up at the time. Okay, fast forward, I am 60 yrs old now and have not kept up very well with my exercises, just a little here and there and too much rest and I'm out of shape. At my age I better workout to keep a healthier body and live long. Most people seem to die because they stop taking care of their bodies. Anyway, I bought this book again and am going to stick with it for good this time! God bless.
