The Nova team up we wanted, bit didn't deserve
I had always wanted to see Rich Rider team up with Sam Alexander, and we finally got it. Then no one bought it so it was cancelled. Just like the Novas in the books, the comics in real life can't catch a break. The creative team here does a good job of dealing with Rich's return in the short run they were given. There's a good balance of humor and heaviness, and I really recommend it for any Nova fan. Non-Nova fans can still enjoy it for sure, but it definitely hits a lot harder if you've read the mid-00s Nova/Guardians/Annihilation stuff.
