Scarface is one of the Best old school classic gangster movies!
This movie was based on actual events that took place during gangster era before prohibition, during the introduction they mention it was based on the life of famous gangster Scarface "Al Capone" that later went o serve time on ALCATRAZ Federal Prison. If you like classic old school gangster movies, you will enjoy this movie. This makes a excellent addition to my collection.

Gangster Movie
Very good acting, sets, dialogue all reflective of this period. Felt like I was watching a documentary. Good story line representing flaws in human behavior regarding trust and judging others. Not just a gangster story, but a human interest story. Would not be believable without the stars and superb support actors. Being so close to the silent error, some of it seemed melodramatic and exaggerated. The more sophisticated subtle acting came at a much later period. Still perhaps the best gangster movie ever made; The gold standard.

The movie is a hard to find black/white about gangsters of the era of 30s and 40s . Plenty of action and old time gun play with a story line you can r
It arrived earlier than expected and wrapped with care to insure it was not damaged during shipping. The description was just as stated in the add . Price was agreeable and well worth every penny .

bad delivery
the product was almost lost as the deliverer gave it to the wrong address and & luckily for me that person was honest & brought it to my house, so much for DSL. I haven't played the dvd but it is scratch free & looks like its brand new.
