18 hours is a lie used as a major selling point.
Brought a set of these in good faith from what I thought was a reputable brand. Sadly, the higher reviews are not to be trusted. I've now had two sets of these packs, the second was a replacement for the original's poor performance. The 18 hours promise sadly just isn't true. Both sets only last around 4 hours of play per battery pack, sometimes a pinch more. AA batteries last so much longer, why? The only upside is, one is always charged ready when it's counterpart is depleted and it saves waste/money buying standard batteries.

Great product
Great product , batteries fit perfectly with my Xbox one controller , they came well packaged , brand new. Both batteries last me 18 hours as mentioned before recharge giving me enough time to charge one while I use the other. Got 2 rechargeable batteries for a great price , cheers

Early Days, but good so far
Having had various battery packs of differing life for both this Xbox and the 360, I can say that so far these are one of the better ones. Really long play time. Granted this may reduce in time, but so do all battery packs. Only issue is the intrusive charge light, too bright and the colour is horrible.

Fully charged product
Unlike a lot of other manufacturers this does exactly what it says. Long lasting charge, so two batteries mean one is charging as the other is being used. Until Microsoft see fit to issue a proper housed battery like the PS4 this is a great option.

Great Price, Very High Quality
My two wireless battery packs were dying extremely quickly, so I purchased these Venom packs. I was attracted by the affordability and how many stellar reviews there were. After a couple weeks of intense use, I can say that this product is a huge win! We use my Xbox One for streaming TV plus video games, and the battery life is phenomenal. I personally love the USB cord that snakes into two connectors, allowing to you charge two controllers at once if need be. And, you CAN play while it's charging. I tried it once and incurred no problems. I am curious to see how long they last (only time will tell for durability), but this is a fantastic value with no sacrifice in performance.

Stick with genuine Xbox merchandise.
Battery packs don’t hold charge, One of the battery packs won’t hold charge for longer than 30 minutes, When the pack is put on charge it reaches full charge as indicated by the solid green LED within minutes. The other battery pack supplied takes an overnight charge and will last approx an hour. Battery packs bought in September 2018 however the batteries are dated as being made in 2015, No doubt being stood unused for almost 4 years hasn’t helped. Better off buying the Genuine Xbox play and charge kit or buying rechargeable AA batteries.

Great item
Ordered these for "the lad" as he was getting through batteries rather quickly ! They charge quickly and last well. They both charge together with the lead provided which is also plenty long enough to allow play while the handsets charge ..

Does the job for sure!
They last a decent time, charging doesnt take too long but ive noticed they never fully charge, one bar from full, but they still last a strong few hours for all your gaming needs

does what it says
Good product, fits well to the XBox One handset, quick charge and so far a pretty decent charge life - I tend to sit with it running straight through a charger most of the time, but I've played for 4 hours plus without a lead and it's shown roughly half charge at the end of that session,

Annoyed
At first it will work for a few hours. After a couple of weeks of use it will only hold charge for about 10 minutes. It would of worked out cheaper for me to spend the same money on batteries and they would of lasted longer. Glad I got my money back. I’ll just buy batteries in future
