A good secondhand buy!
I bought this secondhand on eBay for £3.65. It was worth this money. The lentil soup recipes are good and tasty. I’ve yet to try any of the others. The book seems a bit of a self published affair with the pages printed on really cheap paper so my copy has pages stained with soup that I can’t wipe off. I wonder why I didnt get this year's ago .
I bought myself a Morphy Richards sauté and soup maker during the lockdown , the instruction booklet contained several recipes but , they only left me wanting more after I'd tried those marvellous soups. "100 Soup Maker Recipes" by Liana Green had some great reviews, I bought a copy and I haven't been disappointed . There are ingredients mixed that I would never have connected together but will try in the future from Carrot & Apricot to Bolognese Beef soup et al. For such a low price , I thoroughly recommend this handy sized book.

Best Buy Ever
I absolutely love this recipe book. I had recently purchased a soup maker and wanted a recipe book which had "normal" soup recipes in. All the ones I had looked at in shops or online had fancy soups in. I then came across this. It is brilliant. Not only are the soups nice and easy to make with hardly any messing about, but the author also includes the calorie content and health values. Even my son helps me make the soups. Great new ideas

Invaluable if you have a soup maker
Fabulous book if you have a soup maker - especially a Morphy Richards one - as these recipes were all written using the Morphy Richards Saute soup maker - however, I have the non-saute version and it makes no difference. The recipes are simple and tasty and easy to make. No pictures in the book but hey ho ... who needs pictures of bowls of soup. In the soup again

Good Value but Recipes are not for 'One Pot' Cooking
The book contains a wide variety of recipes but almost all require ingredients to be sauteed or fried. This is not a difficult operation but requires a separate pan unless you have a soup maker that has a 'saute' setting. If you own a standard soup maker without this setting then the book will be a disappointment.
