Great, clear water.
Everything installed well. Just 1 water leak. Replace the original provided shutoff valve with Homedepot LFA-139 Evp Cooler Valve. Make sure all pex tubing is firmly pushed into holes. Took less than 2 hours to install. For drilling in Granite or Marble top, use diamond drill bit, then take plumber's puddy to create a cup around desired hole site. Put water in self-made cup and then start drilling at 45 degree to prevent wondering. The water cools the diamond drill bit, you can use a cordless drill. It only took 2min to drill out. The water quality is great. Water is crystal clear. Great taste without any issues. Product made well and many extra replacement parts sent with product. The provided packaging was well secured. I would recommend for anyone on city water, rid yourself of harmful chlorine. Thank you to Ispring for making a great product, I have been looking for a system for the past year and this is the one that rated the best and had the best value. All water leaks complained about on line are caused by not pushing pex in all the way, except the main shut-off valve (which was poorly designed). Amazing Deal
For less than $300 and you get a great system that is easy to install, complete with a 15 min youtube video. Reduced by 90% as promised. Also, the faucet is quite nice which matched my kitchen faucet. I'm moderately handy, not great with plumbing. Once I figured out the quick connect it was very simple. Nice system and customer service
I think we made a right decision to get the iSpring RCC7 RO system for our kitchen sink! Although it took some time to install and settle all the things, the system runs well and the water taste good. They provide a youtube video for installation but we didn't use it. We only use the manual to finish the installation. The instruction manual is not exactly clear but we figure it out by the pictures and diagrams. The color tubing is really helpful. It make the installtion easier. The faucet included in the system is great. The design looks high end and it runs well. The handle is in a horizontal position and it is not spring loaded so you can fill up a large bottle by turning the handle on and turn it off when the bottle is full. During that period of time,, you can just walk away and do your own staff. We used a TDS meter to test the efficiency of the system and it turns out a significant result. We are in Southern California and the tap water here gave out a reading of 400ppm. The water from our LG refrigerator carbon filter gave out a reading of 340PPM. And the water from iSpring RO system gave out a reading of only 19PPM. That's AMAZING. The customer service team is really helpful. We were disrupted by the T-adapter that used to connect the city water line and our cold water faucet. filter works well, easy to install.
I received this product on time. It was easy to assemble and install. had a miner leak at one of the elbows, I replaced the elbow with a spare sent with the unit.
