Do not hesitate to buy these if you are over 50.
These are my vitamins for the rest of my life. I had blood calcium dangerously high and my vitamin D was at 10. I took these for 2 months and my blood calcium went back below 9 and my vitamin D is now 44. I can see the difference in my skin, my gums, and feel it in my bones. My doctor is extremely pleased. She was almost to the point of sending me to a nephrologist for my kidneys if my calcium in my blood didn't start going down. It is deadly.
