No salt spices
It's good to be able to buy seasoning without salt. The taste of 17 different seasonings on your food is very tasty & I would recommend Lawrys no salt seasoning hands down.

Salt free seasoning
It can be used in place of salt. I add to spaghetti sauce along with other seasonings. Tastes great on a hamburger. I've used it to saute shrimp along with a little garlic and olive oil. Even used when making meat loaf. You are only limited by your imaginative.

Who needs Salt
Salt free seasoning is one of the best changes I could have done for my body. I don't miss it. I would recommend Lawry's Salt free 17 seasoning.
