It will take a little time to see if his book will help my health problem, but I won't be giving up anytime soon!
At first, I didn't believe there are any medical mediums in our world. This book convinced me otherwise. I read it first in the library and then ordered one on eBay because I just HAD to have it! Get the book and get your life and body back on track!
I have had "problems" with my Thyroid for 32 years. Although I am on (brand) Synthroid (made from pork) and get my blood tests..the only thing the Synthroid did was make my blood tests please my Doctor! I wasn't getting anywhere in improving. I was beginning to show all the symptoms of it progressing in the stages. UNTIL I got this book and really got to the "root" of my Thyroid issues. I'm feeling much better now that I have followed the recommended changes in my diet. (No more joint pain, or sluggishness, my memory is improving and skin issues that I was beginning to have!)..I learned what the root of the cause was! And I learned that many people are mis-diagnosed by the "symptoms" that Thyroid will cause. Symptoms are treated by Doctors but not the cause. And since this has been a family "inherited" issue for 5 generations...I was able to see that, when each of my family members were also treated for 'Thyroid' side effects. I bought more than one book and had it sent to different family members and we've all changed what we eat, what to avoid and what our body needs in supplements to bring the Thyroid gland back into working order. AND it will also work with those that have had their thyroid 'killed' with radiation and/or had it surgically removed. I'm hearing back from all my family members and they all agree..this book is a "God send" ! I would recommend it to everyone! This Book Has Given Me New Hope
I finally got an answer to why I have suffered from fatigue and insomnia for over thirty years. Better than that, however, I can see a clear pathway to restoring my health. The steps Anthony William describes are informative and easy to follow. His explanations are very detailed and understandable, and they make perfect sense. I love the great photography that accompanies his recipes. I have already recommended the book to others and started employing his suggestions from Day 1. It will take some time due to the duration of my health issues but I know I will be able to get my life back as long as I stick with it. Eye Opener, Life Changing!
AMAZING book! I encourage everyone to read this even if you have been told you don't have thyroid issues....you do. I have battled with doctors and even Mayo Clinic for 20 yrs. about my health and all they want to do is cram toxic drugs down your throat. 15 yrs ago I went from 105 lbs to 240 lbs in one year. Doctor's blamed me, told me what was wrong with me was all in my head and that my thyroid was perfectly normal in spite of having ALL the symptoms of a bad thyroid. No matter what life style change I made to improve my health, I still couldn't lose the weight. I am finally hopeful that I can achieve my health/weight loss goals with this books advise.
