Best book I have read this year
It was recommended to me by a agile guru as a good starting point. He could not have been more right. Excellent book. Holds your interest.

If you're in the industry this book is a necessity. It's not high literature, but it gets the points across in an understandable and digestible manner

It's not "The Goal"
"Lean Thinking" by Womack and Jones, and "The Goal" by Goldratt do a much better job if you're being introduced to Lean.
