  • BLE IS THE WAY FORWARD

    I watched Susan's free video series and took her food susceptibility quiz and really felt like I could identify with her programme. I rated very high on the susceptibility quiz and realised after some more reading into BLE that I had a food addiction which stopped me from being able to control the amounts I ate. I ordered Susan's book immediately and am now on day 11 of the BLE programme and have to admit that I truly think that it is the way forward.It is healthy,satisfying and controlled.All food is measured so there are no feelings of 'did I eat enough?' because I know that I have. A truly sustainable way of eating for health and weight lose on a PERMANENT basis!! She does offer boot camps which last 8 weeks and are very supportive and informative but I can not afford it and feel that the book is enough for me. Buy it....you will NOT regret it!
