How to!
This instructor is easy to follow. She definitely knows what she is teaching. As a beginner I can go through the motions and she doesn't go to fast for me. I'll get the hang of this! I would recommend this dvd for anyone wanting to see what this is all about.

It's very relaxing as well as invigorating

I liked it
It's a good DVD. The interesting thing is that the narration is opposite of what she's doing. So if she says step out with your right leg she's actually stepping out with the left leg ETC. Other than that it is a good DVD.
