Manuka Works!!!
This is what is referred to as a medicinal grade honey that I've been using for the 4 years. It works for me to keep colds and other respiratory illnesses at bay and it's not overly sweet like other honeys I have used over the years. It's perfect if you don't like your tea too sweet. I use about a half teaspoon at night and in the morning and it keeps my chest clear of mucous as well as moistens my throat so I don't have a dry cough. I recommend Manuka Honey!

This honey is top quality and its worth every penny. I'm currently using it for face's skin care routine. I make masks and also a natural face cleanser. The face cleanser is a DIY recipe I found on youtube. I used this honey, pure-castile soap and essential oils. I have to admit that so far, it is the best cleanser I have ever used for my face since it feels super smooth and my skin feels so rejuvenated after I started using it. I am using it for my stomach problems for years and very happy with it! Unfortunately i stopped it for 4 years , because I was completely healed with all my stomach and heartburn problems including GERD !5 years I was well, now its started and never stop again to use it!
