Very helpful unit
Seems to have enough bite to control almost any dog. Makes keeping your dog where you want him MUCH easier. Price is a bit high if you buy a new one, but everything is these days. It sure works great for my high energy border collie. He has no interest in going into the road or next door now.

Great!
I bought this fence because I was tired of keeping my dogs on a run, and a actual friends would have been way too expensive. But I use the flags just has a sad and after walking my dogs around the perimeter I release them in the yard, after they each got slapped one time, they know that the flags mean danger and they stay away and inside the perimeter. I have had no further issues with my dogs running off anytime they were free in the yard. This did take a little while for me to install it took about a full eight hours which I broke up into two different days. But it was not hard to do.

Good upgrade from Havahart
My Havahart transmitter died without indication. Loop indicator was saying good. Found the dog over to the neighbors house with the collar on and activated. determined hardware was bad. Bought this replacement unit. I could use the existing underground fence so it was worth a try. Great price and seems to perform flawlessly. We will see how long the battery life is. Would recommend this system. I have a Springer Spaniel, German Shorthair mix male.

Good system so far
I got this system in addition to another one. For the price I could not pass up the deal. I needed more wire, flags and another collar. I would have paid more for just those items than I paid for this complete system. Now I have extra parts if anything goes bad. Very happy with the deal.

Effective & Easy
This product is very effective with stubborn dogs. It has considerable flexibility in adjustments which are easy to do. Installation is relatively fast except burying the wire which can be time consuming. It is far more effective and consistent than wireless fences, not to mention less costly.

Durable and reliable
The PetSafe Stubborn Dog has worked well so far and is durable and reliable. I like that it uses a standard 9v battery and lets you know when it is getting weak.
