Great "go to" reference book for accurate information on herbs and spices- in relation to how they work to keep us healthy.
Great book to keep on hand for referencing herbs and spices, for their health benefits- many of which are already in our kitchen's pantry. Author is knowledgeable in herbal pharmacopeia, so we can trust the information he imparts. This copy was purchased for my daughter and son-in-law- as they are interested in NATURAL PREVENTIVE CARE, when possible- just as I am. Good sensible information. From a person who knows and enjoys sharing his knowledge, research and experiences for us to benefit from.
