Worth every penny. Don't even hesitate!!
Fits great on my Denon DP-35f. The sound is very nice considering that I'm using an old Radio Shack phono pre-amp going directly through the input jacks on my computer. Recording and editing using Nero 8 Platinum software. I'm sure an upgrade to a different pre-amp would give this cartridge a chance to really breathe!! smooth silky and warm sound,,, the reviews online are correct,, great sounding cartidge !! just buy it already!
after reviewing other cartridges in magazines and online and looking to replace/upgrade my old cartridges ( over 35 years old!), this one fit the bill perfectly, sounds great on my technics turntable and was reasonably priced. Good product, sounds nice.

Ortofon 2M Red - Easy set up and high end sound on a tight budget! Doesn't get any better!

Not an "Upgrade" over Audio Technica AT95E
Bought for my Audio Technica LP120, thought it was going to be an "upgrade" from the stock AT95E cartridge, which sounds perfectly fine . The high mids and low highs are too loud, very tinny . And it's not the alignment or calibration or the settings. I switched back to the original Audio Technica cartridge and, sound is 100% better. Great Sound & Engineering
I replaced the Ortofon Red Stylus with a upgraded Blue one. The fact that it was easy to upgrade simply by popping off the Red stylus and putting on the Blue one. That's a testament to good engineering.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Great upgrade for any turntable

This cartridge has great fidelity at a reasonable price.

Good low cost cartridge
Decent low cost turntable cartridge. Comes complete with mounting screws, screwdriver and brush. Have just ordered an Ortofon Blue Stylus to upgrade my other turntables. Changing the stylus upgrades the Ortofon Red to an Ortofon Blue!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Should have bought one long ago.
Upgraded from an Ortofon 2M Blue and was amazed at the difference in presence and clarity with the Bronze picking up info on the records that was never noticed before.
