Absolutely amazing
This product is excellent, I have tried lots of other brands and find this one is a keeper. All of the Gorilla products are very very good and I should have purchased this tape before wasting money on all of the others. It is so strong and versatile, it has stopped my rug from slipping and I have used it for hanging a coat hook (which kept dropping off) It is worth keeping in your drawer for emergency repairs. I would without a doubt definately recommend this .

Fantastic product will stick just about anything
Absolutely brilliant Will stick just about anything. Great for outdoor stuff too, instead of drilling holes in my wall I can put up wall art using this tape & it stays in all weather.

STICKS
Needed to fix a door bell to a wooden base. Previous attempts using a so called out doot tape failed.Decided to buy a named brand, cut one piece off , stuck it to the bell , then pushed it onto the wooden block. Stayed on, since then its had some bad weather and its still holding firm. Glad I spent the extra and bought the best.

Glue gun has greater dexterity, flexibility, ease of use and coverage.
I have led light strips ceiling mounted coming away from surface. Folks on youtube with like problem suggest this mounting tape, but I found it difficult to cut into narrower strips with scissors or knife and difficult to gran tear off strip. Also product is quite thick meaning stuck strip is raised from surface. For a little more, £8.90, I bought a glue gun complete with 50 * 20cm strips, that I expect will do all the jobs this tape would do with greater dexterity, flexibility, ease of use and better coverage.

HANDY TOOL TO HAVE
I HAVE BOTH GLUE AND DOUBLE SIDED TAPE, THE GLUE IS FINE BUT THE TAPE BACKING PAPER IS VERY DIFFICULT TO PEEL BACK REASON BEING, IT IS COMPRESSED WHEN IT IS CUT.I FOUND IF THE BACKING PAPER WAS PULLED BACK BEFORE CUTTING IT SAVED ON TEMPER. BUT OTHER THAN THIS IT DID A FINE JOB. JOHN

DIDNT STAY UP FOR LONG!
Used it under kitchen cabinet to secure lead for under cabinet lights (very lightweight) and within 2 days the cable was hanging down again. Tried fixing them up again to no avail-they stay u for a very limited time, so was disappointed in product after all the hype I had read an yes-I DID make sure the surface was free from grease and dust-so not a happy bunny. Sorry!

Not weatherproof
When I was unrolling the tape I could tell it wasn't very sticky but I figured maybe it only works on actual surfaces. I bought it for my reg plates seeing as though its meant to be "weatherproof", I went on a single 5 mile trip and when I got there it was fully hanging off because it was drizzly day. I went to take off the tape and it pretty much came off straight away. Wasn't sticky on either side. Will not use again.

The best there is, being a product of Gorilla glues and tapes (their contact adhesive being disappointing though). The only problem with the 2-sided adhesive tape is getting the insulating covering off the very sticky surface of the tape (but that is a common problem with all brands)

Sticks well but tricky to cut.
It does the job and sticks well. Cutting the tape is tricky however as it is very rubbery and sticks to the scissor blades, so difficult to use for fine work. However a useful item to have in the toolbox.

So far - so good
Thick tape which is a bit difficult to cut to shape. Bought for external use and seems to hold ok - but only time will for how long.
