The Tao Tronics Led Light is an absolute astounding value. It's provides eye-soothing light coverage in an array of lighting options. There is no glare on the monitor screen and no harsh eye straining light just focused lighting! You have four levels of lighting at your fingertips! You are provided with Reading, Study, Relax, and Sleep mode!!! Also, you can dim or brighten the intensity of the light provided again just with your fingertips. A big plus is the lighting comes without the high heat that accompanies traditional desk lamps! When sitting at a computer for hours at a time this is really a huge benefit! It has a sleep timer which provides 60 minutes of lighting before shutting off and makes a perfect night light. Lest, I forget it has a USB port to charge electronics and the base is large enough to store them while charging! The futuristic styling only enhances the functionality of this amazing Led Desk Lamp. I have a gaming computer, keyboard and mouse along with a 27 inch curved monitor and the lamp is a perfect fit. Also, the lamp base pivots 45% in either direction channeling light coverage without moving the Led Lamp! The "Cool Factor" according to my grand kids is when he Led Lamp is closed it resembles an alien tower of unknown origin. Do I love the Tao Tronics Led Desk Lamp? Yes, Yes, and Yes!!!! Couldn't Be Without It
I bought this as a bedside reading lamp for my husband who has a hard time reading in regular lighting. This lamp has several settings and he can make it very bright yet it is focused on his reading area so I am not bothered by it.
